Care Closet – Galax
The Foster Care Closet is now located at Willing Partners. It is an important resource made available to support children and families in crisis when children are relocated at emergent hours. Stocked with a buffet of clothing, beds and practical resources in one location, Department of Social Service workers in the Twin Counties and the City of Galax are able to use the closet to stabilize vulnerable children and their siblings 24/7 that have been placed into foster care.
